The Arts Council of York County manages 6 galleries and 2 open air galleries in York County, South Carolina.
These galleries including the Dalton Gallery, Perimeter Gallery, and Lewandowski Classroom Gallery at the Center for the Arts; Alleys as Gallerys, currently in two locations in Rock Hill, South Carolina; City Hall Rotunda Gallery, on the second floor landing at Rock Hill's City Hall; and The Loading Dock Gallery at the Gettys Art Center. Also located in the Tom S. Gettys Center are the Courtroom Gallery curated by the Friday Arts Project in partnership with the Arts Council of York County, and J. Michael Simpson's Springeri Studio Gallery.

Curated by the Friday Arts Project in partnership with the Arts Council of York County, the Courtroom Gallery functions as a community gallery and features both established and emerging artists. The Courtroom Gallery is located on the second floor of the Gettys Art Center, in the hallway that leads into the Courtroom.

City Hall Rotunda Gallery

Managed by the Arts Council of York County, the City Hall Rotunda Gallery functions as a community gallery and features emerging artists.
Artists wishing to be considered for exhibition must submit the following to Melanie Cooper:
Letter of intent.
5-10 images of works that will be on display at the gallery, digital preferred.
Exhibition Requirements and Details
Exhibitions at the City Hall Rotunda Gallery are not limited to York County artists.
All work must be two-dimensional.
No nudity or explicit images.
The gallery holds anywhere from 15-30 pieces, depending on the size of each work.
Artists may choose to exhibit as a group or as individuals, as long as the gallery can be filled.
A cohesive body of work is appreciated, but is not required.
Artists are responsible for hanging, labeling and removing their own artwork on the dates allotted by the Arts Council.
This gallery is not monitored.
There is no fee to submit for consideration, nor is there a stipend for exhibition.
