VOLUNTEER

Volunteers are essential to make the Blues & Jazz Festival a success. Please take a minute to look through the volunteer sheet and sign up to help.

VENUE ATTENDANTS

Old Town Rock Hill (various locations)

  • 2.5-hour shifts

    • 5:30 - 8 PM

    • 7:30 - 10 PM

  • Check for valid event wristbands.

  • Provide wristbands to those who have purchased tickets in advance.

  • *PLEASE NOTE: There is only one volunteer shift for The Flipside Restaurant. Volunteers who sign up for this location are committing to work from 5:30 - 9 PM.

BOX OFFICE 

Tom S. Gettys Center, 201 E. Main St., Rock Hill

  • Sell tickets and t-shirts.

  • Provide wristbands to patrons who have purchased tickets in advance.

  • 3-hour shifts

    • 5:30 - 7 PM

      • May be asked to help set up the box office.

    • 7:45 - 10:30 PM

      • May be asked to help break down the box office.

PERKS

Each volunteer will receive:

  • 1 wristband for the Old Town Crawl. Volunteers will be able to attend the Old Town Crawl free of charge.

    • Volunteers will be given their wristbands and t-shirts when they check in on the night of the Old Town Crawl.

    • First shift volunteers will be able to enjoy the event after 8 PM.

    • Second shift volunteers will be able to participate in the crawl before 8 PM and after 10 PM.

  • 1 Blues & Jazz T-shirt
