AGREEMENT

Submission of my Application and Literary Entries shall constitute my agreement to comply with all conditions and terms set forth in this application. I understand that all decisions by the ACYC and the jurors are final. I release and discharge the ACYC and its staff from any and all claims.

NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT SIGNATURE. COMPLETE FORM BELOW AND SUBMIT WITH FILE. PLEASE PROOF ENTRY BEFORE SUBMISSION.

Non-refundable submission fee, payable to the Arts Council of York County:

The Arts Council office & galleries will be CLOSED December 22 - January 4 for the holidays.
