AGREEMENT
Submission of my application and images shall constitute my agreement to comply with all the conditions and terms set forth in this application and associated guidelines. I understand that all decisions by ACYC staff and the juror are final. I release and discharge the ACYC and its employees from any and all claims.
NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT SIGNATURE. COMPLETE FORM BELOW AND SUBMIT WITH MEDIA. PLEASE PROOF ENTRY BEFORE SUBMISSION.
Non-refundable entry fee, payable to the Arts Council of York County:
Arts Council Artist Members | $30 for up to two pieces, each additional piece is $10
Limit: Four (4) pieces per artist
Non-members | $40 for up to two pieces, each additional piece is $10
Limit: Four (4) pieces per artist
All information is final and includes sale prices and titles.
ACYC will retain a 30% commission on retail price provided.
ENTRY INFORMATION
If you are submitting more than one entry, please fill out a separate form for each one. You may submit a single payment for all entries, and the ACYC will review your submissions and payment for confirmation.
