REGISTRATION

AGREEMENT

Submission of my application and images shall constitute my agreement to comply with all the conditions and terms set forth in this application. I understand that all decisions by the ACYC and the juror are final. I release and discharge the ACYC and its workers from any and all claims. 

By entering the contest, competitors agree to allow images of their artwork to be published for marketing purposes. Entrants agree that any image submitted may be used for marketing and promotional purposes directly related to the Arts Council of York County. Note: Rights remain with artist.

NO ENTRIES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT SIGNATURE. COMPLETE FORM BELOW AND SUBMIT WITH DIGITAL IMAGES.

Non-refundable entry fee made payable to the Arts Council of York County:

 

Arts Council Members | $30 for up to two (2) pieces

Each additional piece is $10. Limit of four (4) pieces per artist.

 

Non-Members | $40 for up to two (2) pieces

Each additional piece is $10. Limit of four (4) pieces per artist.

When paying online, leave the quantity set to 1.

If you are submitting 3 - 4 pieces,

you will be able to add those to your order on the next screen.

This fee is non-refundable, even if work is not accepted. All mailed or delivered payments must be received by the Arts Council of York County by Friday, May 15, 2020 at 5 PM.

NOTE: This is NOT a postmark deadline.

All information is final, and includes sale prices and titles.

The ACYC will retain a 40% commission on retail price provided.

ENTRY INFORMATION

A new form does need to be filled out for each entry. Please remit payment when all entries have been submitted. Payment may be made online, in person, or by phone. The Arts Council of York County is headquartered in Old Town Rock Hill. Downtown Rock Hill is a state-recognized Cultural District in South Carolina.

By entering Arts Council events, you understand and agree that your photograph or image may be taken in any public place. You further grant permission and consent to the Arts Council of York County to use any such photograph, motion picture, or image for any reasonable purpose.
